Had an unexpected show last night at Pat’s in Aggieville. Ryan Tittsworth came up from Wichita for his once-a-month show and he let me sit in on lead guitar. It was the first full show I’ve ever played without a microphone and it was one hell of a good time.

Rocks and waves
This song was actually inspired by some Counting Crows bootlegs I found when I was in college. The girl in this song rises up above her origins and sets sail while the boy is left on the shore. It’s Archipelago from our Bobby T’s show in August.
